Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent, to use the Service.

Coach accounts are free. Player accounts are free to use. Mentor Pro is an optional subscription (€8.99/month) that unlocks extra features such as the AI Coach, all drills and lessons, and bonus rewards. Mentor Pro starts with a 3-day free trial and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the Service, or uploading unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a license to use that data to operate and improve the Service, including generating insights and drill plans.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Performance insights and recommendations are for guidance only and do not guarantee results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentor Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
